Dear Parents and Guardians,

Thank you for your help in scheduling this important meeting with your student, yourself, and me. We are preparing for this important conference and I look forward to meeting with both you and your student to discuss progress and goals.

Just a reminder: Because of these conferences early releases (dismissal at 12:30) are scheduled for November 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, and 26.
