The book offerings are great! I would NOT recommend any of the cheap toys, however! Stick to the books. The Scholastic Book Club offers students a chance to get real literature in real books at a price that is far below anything available at bookstores.
Research shows that, at this age, the best way to develop reading skills and a love of reading is with real literature.
