Your student is preparing for our upcoming conference. A form has gone home for you to fill out, requesting a conference time. Please indicate a first second and third choice for a conference date and time.
Return the form immediately to help schedule your conference at one of your preferred times! These signed forms need to come back to me the next day, if possible...and no later than the morning of Novemeber 9, Friday. Thanks!
